Metho's basic summer shirt

The collar buttons have been deliberately removed to create a wide opening at the front. The wide body and armholes make this an oversized piece that doesn't cling to the skin, creating a perfect silhouette and keeping you cool and humid.

About the fabric

Fabrics picked up from yuge fabric farm

(The product number attached to the fabric said that it was a fabric used by Prada in the 80s and 90s.)

While ombré check was a pattern that became popular in the United States in the 1950s due to the trend among delinquents such as bikers and grunge rockers, seersucker was apparently the summer dress-up jacket of the wealthy.

This deadstock fabric, woven with such opposing cultures in sunset-like colors, exudes a romanticism that is rarely seen in modern times.
