Except for the cases falling under (1) to (3) below, we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns for reasons of customer convenience after an order has been placed, regardless of whether the product has been shipped or not.

(3) If damage is confirmed during delivery
If any of the above applies to you, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will check the condition of the item and the delivery status, and if the following conditions are met, we will exchange or return the item.
- Within 7 days of receiving the product - Unused and unwashed (only indoor try-on is acceptable)
All tags and accessories are included (no damage)
- You have either a delivery note, receipt, or invoice. - The product is not dirty or has any significant unnatural changes.
*Depending on the viewing environment of the device you are using, the color of the actual product may appear different. Please note that this is not considered a defect.
*Leather products may have natural scars, blood vessels, and grain patterns, but in order to take advantage of the characteristics of the material, some products are left as they are. *Please note that in the unlikely event that an exchange or return is required, all expenses related to the transaction, including shipping costs, will be borne by the customer.
